We're proud to offer free worldwide shipping on all Burnith orders.

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Delivery time: Domestic orders typically arrive within 5–7 business days; international orders within 10–15 business days, depending on location and customs processing.

Order tracking: You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. See our Order Tracking page for more details.

Customs and duties: International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties charged by their country.

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to feel confident in your Forma Drops journey. If you're not satisfied, here's how our return policy works:

Return window: You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Condition: Unopened, unused items are eligible for a full refund. For opened bottles, we offer a satisfaction guarantee — contact us to discuss options.

How to start a return: Email returns@burnith.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you instructions and a return address.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return shipping costs: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Non-returnable items: Gift cards and final sale items are not eligible for return.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at orders@burnith.com with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right at no cost to you.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase, before they enter processing. Contact us as soon as possible at orders@burnith.com.
